How do you manage rebuilding and cleaning?

Rebuilding a home after a fire has a lot of variables when it comes to cleaning. There are burned areas, soot damage, and smoke smell throughout the home.

What is the first thing we do after a fire?

The first thing that we will do is remove the burned and charred areas of the home. Those areas have the most smoke smell and need to be removed right away. Next, we will box up all the items in the home and take them to our facility to have them cleaned. We will store the cleaned items from the home at our SERVPRO of Carrollton facility until the rebuilding of the home is finished.
